Do Less And Get More Done! Look For "Minor Majors"

Simplify!  Do less and get more done!  That seems rather difficult to achieve... doing less while getting more done.  Life has gotten more complicated. Yet how do we manage all the new complexities and action items in our lives as our companies grow?  It is possible.  You just have to look for the counter-intuitive opportunities when they present themselves.

Here is a tip.  Slow down, spend a bit more time observing and learning about your own company.  Look for the "minor majors."  Minor majors are the little changes that seem to take less effort, yet leverage your team's strengths and current situations to get a major change in outcome.  Minor majors.  That's how you do less and get more done.
