The Power of Connection

At Rhythm Systems, we’ve had the unique opportunity to walk alongside our clients as they navigate uncertain business conditions, leading to many amazing breakthroughs. We’ve also witnessed the power of connection and collaboration among trusted peers and want to foster that in our Rhythm community.

One of the most powerful events at our annual Breakthrough Conference is the CEO Breakout Session, designed to bring top leaders together to ask questions, share challenges, and talk about what’s working from the unique perspective of the leader. We’ve decided to expand that experience beyond the conference and will now offer it virtually once a quarter for HR & Talent Leaders.

Program Objectives:
