Before Fresh Tracks Canada began their partnership with Rhythm, they were grappling with three key problems:

Visibility into goal progress on various teams allows for effective collaboration as teams use comments, notifications, and color statuses to stay aligned with one another. 
2. They’ve shifted their mindset around planning. When identifying their priorities, the Fresh Tracks team now considers details like criteria for success, interdepartmental dependencies, task management, and effective communication when things don’t go according to plan. Discussing the “how” of each priority during planning allows them to execute more smoothly and maintain focus on the end results. 
3. Accountability is now built into their culture. Instead of the “loudest” people in the room garnering the most attention for their wins, the Fresh Tracks team now knows that their results speak for themselves. Everyone can see each goal’s story over time, and achievements are clearly visible. “It’s really brought to the forefront many of our hidden heroes,” Sushant said.
