When Boston Centerless Owner and CEO Steve Tamasi first connected with Rhythm, he had an ambitious plan to grow his company. He hired top talent to take the business to the next level, but execution was slow, and projects were dragging on. 

Although the team had grand objectives in mind, they were not specifically writing SMART goals or setting success criteria. With no clear articulation of what success looked like, the team fell into misalignment around what they were actually trying to achieve.

With detailed plans, the team fully understood their end objectives and who was responsible for what. 

Part of their future vision included transforming their sales structure and process—a sizable endeavor that would require work from various departments. Rhythm helped the team interlink their goals to visualize how different departments were working together and keep the right people informed of progress updates. They also adopted the Daily Huddle practice, following a simple structure to check in across teams and identify issues. This habit streamlined their collaboration and expedited their shared projects.
