I am back at the MIT Endicott House in Dedham, MA, chairing year 2 of EO's EMP (Entrepreneurial effective_team_weekly_meetingMasters Program) this week.  This is one of my favorite places in the world.  The MIT Endicott House is beautiful.  It's a place where old world meets new technology.  Wifi everywhere in a charming and peaceful place.

I come here every year with 60+ entrepreneurs who run successful companies ranging from all over the world.  More than 40% of our class is from outside the United States.  I take the opportunity here to work on my business just like the other 60 entrepreneurs.  We learn from a handful of world class gurus and we make key decisions for our companies during this week.  I always have key takeaways for myself as I work on my business and improve my business execution.

This year, for the first time, I decided to use twitter and tweet out some key learnings and takeaways from the world class speakers that I have brought here.  You can follow me on twitter @pthean to get these learnings in real time.  You can also search for the hashtag #EOemp.  Class ends Saturday night.
